Client Service Managers To Join the Workaholics4hire.com Team

Workaholics4hire.com is pleased to announce the planned hiring of several new Client Services Managers.

Client Service Managers work one-on-one with clients to ensure their specific needs are met, whether that need be a direct hire or building a website from scratch. The Client Services Managers are also responsible for following up on leads and generating new business for the subcontracting division.

"Each Client Services Manager has a different game plan, but we avoid spamming in any way. They make contact with potential clients prior to mailing out anything, be it by e-mail or snail mail. Some are using local contacts, some are watching bid-boards, some are using online Internet research," said Sylvie Fortin, President and Founder of Workaholics4Hire.com.

Client Services Managers have backgrounds in customer service, human resources or sales. Many also have a working knowledge of Information Technology, Programming, Web Design, Software Development or Technical Writing. This will help ensure they can effectively communicate with client companies about their project needs.

"Our focus is not on sales, but rather a dedicated management position where we develop business relationships with clients that will last a lifetime. The Client Services Managers will spend a lot of time talking to clients, getting to know their needs, and be well versed in what the company offers so that those needs are met efficiently" .

"A Client Service Manager is a rich fulfilling position for those who are passionate about telecommuting. Workaholics4hire is the staffing solution of the Millennium. Our goal is to bring both the telecommuting and non-telecommuting worlds the best staffing solution available. Client Service Managers will be a part of our talented team of individuals, and together we will meet our goal," Fortin added.

Workaholics4hire.com is an online service formed to create new and innovative employment services for those who are seeking telecommuting employment. Founded in May 1999, the company is currently the leading provider of telecommuting jobs and resources. We have been so busy working with our clients, that it has been nearly 4 years since our last major site update!

This is because our clients always come first, before we handle our own internal projects.

After so long, we had many new items to implement, and wow, what a change!
