We need to hire a minimum of two people, part-time, who are excellent programmers. We don't need any elitist prima donnas here, just good solid coders who understand how competitive this industry is. This position will require that you be available for tight deadlines, on an as-needed basis. We often have quick programming tasks that need to be handled, and we recently acquired a contract where many such projects will need to be handled on a regular basis. Sometimes, you will be provided with already existing code and asked to modify it. Other times, you may be handed a word document, and provided very minimal instructions. Either way, you need to be bright and fast, since you will be expected to produce clean code with few, if any, questions asked. The type of person we need meets all of the following expectations in addition to the above noted requirements.
