We are hiring and we have many work at home
jobs available. Please read this page carefully.
Important Notice:
It has come to our attention that certain other websites
are directing people to this page, rather than through
our regular jobseeker section. If you arrived here directly
from any other website, please do not continue until you

It is the only way you will be instantly notified of work
at home positions that are not available to the general
public.
There have been many rumors
about how busy we've become, and they are all true. We are
swamped, and we need to bring in a lot of new people to begin
the process of working with us more closely.
Here's how we do things around here:
Whenever we bring in new talent, there is
a testing time, where we can see whether or not there is a
long-term working relationship possible. We aren't interested
in fly-by-night contractors who aren't willing to take direction.
We aren't interested in prima donnas who think they know everything.
We're interested in good, solid, hard workers who understand
that in this industry, the client's needs come first, and
the contractor's personal lives come second.
For anyone to successfully work with us
on a long term basis (which is what we want), we need to have
an understanding about what is expected of everyone.
1. The client
is king, and there is no such thing as an unreasonable deadline.
2. Communication
can make or break the contract, and ALL contractors who work
with us MUST be extremely communicative with their team manager.
If you don't think that you can stay in close contact with
your manager, and reply to all emails in a very timely manner
(6 hours or less during your waking hours), then you don't
understand how this industry works, and you won't be happy
here. If you have a problem with being asked to submit your
"work in progress", then you won't be happy here.
If you are fond of making excuses why you missed a deadline,
then you won't be happy here. If you think we haven't heard
"my computer crashed" or "my power went out"
or "my cable modem connection stopped" once too
often, then you don't understand that we've heard it all before
and won't be sympathetic. A great contractor finds a way to
get the job done...period.
3. Whether
you have experience in your field or not, you must understand
that we do things very differently from what you may have
dealt with before. You WILL learn a lot of new things
you never saw before, no matter what you bring to the table,
and the sooner you understand that you will be working with
a highly skilled team and not as an isolated unit, the happier
you will be. Around here, we all learn new things every day,
and mold ourselves to the client's needs. No one that has
ever lasted here feels they know everything. We learn, we
grow, we adapt, or we die. Period.
4. See Point #3
5. We bring
in a lot of business here because we have developed a solid
reputation for always satisfying our customer's needs, and
because our rates are reasonable. You won't get rich
working with us. Don't apply if you are stuck on the idea
of making a high hourly rate. Do apply if you're willing
to prove yourself and want to get paid to learn new skills.
After you've proven yourself, you will be given more and more
work around here, until you are full time. You will be making
money, as a hard working, full-time home based worker. You
will not be getting rich. Those who come in with an attitude
about the pay offered are free to look elsewhere, and we really
do wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. As
many of you know, Workaholics4Hire began with a small group
of volunteers who worked very hard in the early days...for
free...to build a business that would last through any dot
com crash that devastated most online businesses. We have
grown exponentially because of people who LOVED the concept,
and were willing to do the time. Getting a job here now, you
have an advantage over us, in that when we started, we had
no money. Now we do. So please don't think that you can come
in and make demands. We're looking for people who LOVE working
from home and see that as the biggest benefit and wouldn't
trade it for the world.
6. See Point
#1. The client is indeed king. Our needs are secondary
to what the client needs. They are the lifeblood of our organization,
and are not expendable. We are expendable, they are not.
If you are willing to take on the challenge
and work with a team of obsessive workaholics who love their
clients more than their own personal lives, then I personally
invite you to review the following link and see if there are
any positions currently available that you fit PERFECTLY into.
We need some smart, hardworking people right away, and you
may just be who we're looking for. If you're willing to prove
it, please apply today!
