Top Notch Work At Home Clerical Staff Needed
Pay rate: $10 per hour
Location: 100% telecommute
We are swamped, and we need
2 or more really special people to add to our team of clerical
staff. The current team is overwhelmed with work, and we're
falling behind. We have a lot of tasks that need to be handled
right away, and we have been alerted by our customers that
there's a lot more coming.
The type of person we need
meets all of the following expectations. Please do not submit
your application unless you meet ALL of the following:
- Must have high speed internet connection
- Must be very familiar with Excel and
Word
- Must be a speedy typist
- Must know shortcuts for copying and pasting
and know how to remove formatting from materials copied
from the web.
- Must be intimately familiar with web
browsers
- Must be highly literate in English and
have impeccable spelling and grammar
- Must have the uncanny ability to learn
new software tools easily, without asking too many questions
- Must be able to use logic to solve problems.
In other words, if you are told to search a site and pick
out the most important keywords or essential points, you
can do so quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to quickly access the right
information on any given site, without needing to be told
where that information is located on a page.
- Must be willing to work on tight deadlines
and be very responsive when contacted for work. Must be
willing to stay in touch at all stages of a project
There are a variety of clerical,
research and data entry tasks we need done on a regular basis.
You will be learning things you never knew about, and we're
willing to work with you to learn new skills. But if you don't
have the above qualities to begin with, it won't work out
and will waste our time and yours.
