Ghostwriters Needed
Pay rate: Depends on
the project (per word ranges from .02-.03 cents, per page averages $10)
Location: 100% telecommute

We have an immediate need for
ghostwriters with experience in producing 60+ page ebooks
on specialized topics. Although we're willing to work with
people who have little experience in this style of writing,
we need to work with highly literate people who can write
on many different topics, molding their writing style
to the "voice" of the person they are representing.
You are willing to quote your work on a "per project,
revisions included" basis.
Ideally, you have ghostwritten
at least one ebook or series of articles before, and have permission to show either
to us. Due to the unique nature of this type of writing, we
understand that it might be difficult to produce proof of
this, so we are asking that you complete two short writing tests, in order for us to evaluate your skills.
The type of person we need
meets all of the following expectations, in addition to the
above noted requirements. Please do not submit your application
unless you meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Must have, and be very familiar with,
Word; and specifically, how to create and apply custom styles
to paragraphs as you write.
- Must have prior writing experience, regardless
of the genre, and be ready to produce samples of your writing
ability.
- Must be confident of your ability to
write a 60+ page ebook on a given topic, with a tight turnaround
time of 2 weeks or less.
- Must be highly literate in English and
have impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Must be able to use logic to solve problems.
In other words, if you have a question, you will search
for the information you need quickly, and exhaust all possible
resources before asking your manager to find the answer
for you.
- Must be willing to work on tight deadlines
and be very responsive to your manager.
There are a variety of writing
tasks we need handled on a regular basis. You will be learning
things you never knew about, and we're willing to work with
you to learn new skills. But if you don't have the above qualities
to begin with, it won't work out - wasting both our time and
yours...and more importantly, that of the client.
