Article Ghostwriters Needed
Pay rate: Paid by the
piece, or hourly, depending on client need (average 2.5 cents per word)
Location: 100% telecommute

We have an immediate need for
ghostwriters with experience in writing articles, in all kinds
of topics.
We have a large need for speedy
content producers who can create short pieces of content,
article style. They may be used as articles, or we may ask
you to populate our client's blogs, discussion forums, and
autoresponders.
The topics vary widely, so
we're looking for people who really want to stretch their
skills and produce great pieces of content.
Although we're willing to work
with people who have little experience in this style of writing,
we need to work with highly literate people who can write
on many different topics and can mold their writing style
to the "voice" of the person they are representing. Due to the unique nature of this type of writing, we
understand that it might be difficult to produce proof of
this, so we are asking that you complete two short writing tests, in order for us to evaluate your skills.
Ideally, you have ghostwritten
a few articles before, and have permission to show it to us.
Due to the unique nature of this type of writing, we understand
that it mught be difficult to produce proof of this, so we
are willing to accept a series of samples that best represent
your writing experience. You should be able to compile samples
that remove confidential information, and if you've done this
kind of work before, you will likely already have those samples
prepared.
The type of person we need
meets all of the following expectations in addition to the
above noted requirements. Please do not submit your application
unless you meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Must have prior writing experience, regardless
of the genre, and be ready to produce samples of your writing
ability.
- Must be confident of your ability to
write 10 or more articles on a given topic, with a tight
turnaround time of one day or less.
- Must be highly literate in English and
have impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Must have enough technical skill to know
your way around a blog or discussion forum, and understand
the basics of creating many different user IDs and logging
in and out to populate websites with a variety of content
pieces.
- Must be able to review a list of key
terms and integrate them into article content pieces, using
logic.
- Must be able to use logic to solve problems.
In other words, if you have a question, you will search
for the information you need quickly, and exhaust all possible
resources before asking your manager to find the answer
for you.
- Must be willing to work on tight deadlines
and be very responsive to your manager.
There are a variety of writing
tasks we need handled on a regular basis. You will be learning
things you never knew about, and we're willing to work with
you to learn new skills. But if you don't have the above qualities
to begin with, it won't work out and will waste our time and
yours.
