When we got into this business in 1999,
we quickly realized that there is no such thing as a single
person that can do everything. Since our goal was to become
an All-In-One Service Provider, we knew we needed to develop
a system that would allow each individual on the team to focus
on doing what each did best, while ensuring that each person
was completely supervised by the rest of the team.
So, we began the process of retaining the
services of highly professional people, each specialists in
their own field to oversee, and complete, nearly every type
of project that would need to be completed in the future.
The process was refined and simplified over
the years to focus on the primary goals of each department,
until we developed the process that works extremely well for
all our project fulfillment tasks.
The steps we take to make sure we can handle almost any
type of project you throw at us...
The best way to show you how we manage a
project's workflow is to use an example of a typical web development
project. The following diagram represents the staffing structure
that we would use.

Each client is assigned a Client Service
Manager.
Step One:
We'll assign you a Client
Service Manager to handle your account. Your Client
Service Manager will review the project specifics and clarify
any additional requirements with you. It is at this stage
that we will sign a standard non-disclosure agreement with
you, to ensure complete confidentiality.
Step Two:
We then assign your project specifications to our professional
Team
Manager in that field of expertise. The Team Manager
and your Client Service Manager work together to compile
a detailed estimate of expected costs and deadlines. The
quote will be submitted to you for approval and when we've
reached an agreement, we will submit a standard contract
to you for signing.
Step Three:
The Team Manager stays on your project at every stage. If
it is necessary to bring in freelancers to work on your
project(s), all recruitments, training, supervision and
project quality control is handled by an individual on our
staff, with proven experience in their field. Freelancers
are carefully selected based on each project, and all freelancers
must go through rigorous training and testing before a client
project is assigned to them. With this unique Quality Assurance
process in place, all projects are completed quickly, within
your deadline, and always on budget.
Result: You
work with one person only...your Client Service Manager. This
is your primary contact and your project manager. You express
your needs, and our team seamlessly carries out your project,
without the fuss of working with multiple contractors.
Your invoices will come from
our firm, reducing the hassles commonly associated with hiring
independent contractors. Regular monitoring of their work
quality will occur and they will be supervised by their Team
Manager to ensure top quality work. There are no additional
fees for this service. You will simply be billed for the charges
incurred during the project. There is no additional cost for
the value added Quality Assurance. You don't pay for project
management, you only pay for results.
