Data Entry Person Needed Work from Home, Make your own hours - Nights preferred. No Experience necessary, Will train the right person. I will supply all the required software.

Busy Real Estate Appraiser needs someone to type reports. You will pick up the work some time after 5:00 PM, take it home and complete the appraisal forms that are required. Each report takes me about 2 Hrs to complete (and I am a bad/slow typist). Then you will send me the report via the internet and return the work file back to me the next morning. The amount of work will vary from day to day. Some days there will be a lot of reports, some days - none. You have to be flexible. I will pay you $35 per report (which works out to approx $17.50 per hour once you get proficient at it) on a weekly basis.

This is the perfect job for someone who wants flexible work hours and good pay.


What do you need:

1. A computer and high speed internet access (no dial up).
2. A good, reliable work ethic.
3. Attention to detail - These reports must be error free.
4. Reliable transportation - although you will be working from home, you will have to pick up and drop off the work file.
5. Some Computer/Typing Skills
6. You must be loyal and reliable. This is a long-term job. I don't want to take the time train someone and install the software, etc... for some one who is using this as a temporary assignment. I am looking for a person who will be with my company for the long run. You must be willing to commit to this job. Like I said above, I am willing to train the right person.
