Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for performing the functions of enterprise wide management of leadership development. Responsibilities include strong program design and facilitation, consulting, intervention assessment, learning needs analysis, coaching, and measurement and evaluation. Consults and partners with line leaders, HRBP teams (including learning teams), and Leadership Practices teams to meet client's leadership development needs. Consults directly with Line of Business to ensure enterprise leadership development solutions are strategically leveraged. Serve as primary liaison for line of business client area. Identify critical issues, priorities and take action to proactively solve. Lead complex project implementations or leadership development initiatives while balancing other work demands. Apply strong business acumen, consultative client approach and integrative skills to ensure robust leadership development solution for client. Implement measurement and evaluation plans, interpret results and recommend specific changes based one valuation results. Facilitation of leadership development solutions required. Model commitment to [Companpy] Vision and Values, high performance standards,workplace diversity, and driving for results. Communicates, and partners with virtual teammates in Charlotte, Winston Salem, GA, and,SC.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4 year degree. MBA, advanced HR degree or equivalent work experience desired. 5 to 7 years experience in Training and Development. 3-5 years experience in Performance Consulting. 7 to 10 years business experience or related experience plus 2 to 3 years of project management experience. Executive coaching expertise, MBTI certification, anddiversity skills are a plus. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coachingskills. Advanced oral and written communication skills. Mastery of relationship,influencing, and contracting skills needed to interface with leaders, partnersand teammates in a cross functional team setting. Ability to motivate, lead change, communicate expectations and vision and manage contract vendor relationships. Ability to learn quickly and deal with ambiguity while remaining focused and leading by example with teammates. Demonstrates breadth of skills and versatility required to meet new and sometimes unexpected business and client challenges. Innovative and creative problem solving skills, flexibility to work outside own comfort zone, works with minimal guidance. Ability to coach and mentor teammates and leaders. Must be able to travel.
