[Company] is currently seeking SOC / PKI Analysts and Engineers to support client engagements in the Chicago metro area.

[Company] consultants primarily work directly on client sites. Telecommuting is determined by the needs of the individual client engagement however only local candidates will be considered for this position.


Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

- 2 or more years of related work experience
- Familiarity with Intrusion Detection and/or Firewall technologies, IDS, etc.
- Familiarity with the principles of Information and System Security
- Basic understanding of routing, Internet services and protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, etc.
- Must be capable of working well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
- Experienced with operating in a 24x7 shift environment
- Support the implementation of PKI technology where applicable.
- Perform duties as a Registration Authority (RA) for PKI.
- Provide 24x7 operational and technical support (as required) for Public Key - Directory services and respond to PKI helpdesk requests.
- Act as a system administrator for servers as well as maintain anti-virus on all PKI network interfaces and workstations.
- Maintain the registration authority workstations and perform desktop support for all registration authority work stations.
- Develop and produce policies, procedures, and various logical and technical documentation in support of the PKI and its underlying system Desired Skills:
- Security industry certifications
- Programming skills in any discipline
- Network Management Tools
- Experience with help desk or trouble ticketing applications
- System or Network Administration experience with UNIX and/or Windows and their respective commands / utilities at the user level.
