Community Concierge

The Concierge will be responsible for implementing programs to address resident satisfaction with services provided by AVB. The concierge will ensure that entrance is only by authorized individuals. He / she responds to resident requests and inquires and works to address resident concerns in accordance with the companies customer service standards. The concierge will have a gracious approach to all activities, greet visitors and residents, handle calls and assist with resident issues.

Required Skills:

Qualified candidates will have a positive, upbeat demeanor with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is desired
