Virtual Assistant Needed (remote)

Seeking an experienced part time virtual administrative assistant with a minimum of 5 years recent experience in an administrative position. Seeking minimum 5 years experience in MS Excel with a high level of proficiency in the program. Technical/IT skills a plus.

Skill requirements:

- conscious of deadlines and able to meet them consistently
- professional, with good use of the English language (written & spoken)
- able to use appropriate independent judgment and discretion
- excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize

Home office requirements:
- Updated computer with high speed internet (DSL or Cable modem)
- Microsoft Office 2003 (minimum)
- Digital or Analog Fax Line
- Quality Printer
- Backup capabilities
- Complete virus protection
