Marketing and Administrative Assistant (Norcross, GA and Work from Home)

[Company] is a small but growing consulting company focused on the bus passenger transportation industry. We are seeking an energetic, motivated part time support person. This person will have a variety of duties in multiple areas of our business. If you enjoy an environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn new things, and assist a company as it grows, this position will be perfect for you. It will start as an entry level part time position, but as the company matures and develops, additional opportunities may come available.

This position will be a minimum of 10 hours per week, with some weeks increasing up to a maximum of 20 hours as needed. The schedule is flexible, and much of the work will be done from home, but a limited amount of time may be required in our offices. Availability is needed mainly during the work day (approximately 8A-6P), but there will be occasional evening hours. This will be scheduled well in advance when possible. There will also be opportunities for special projects and expanded schedules when those needs arise.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a terrific attitude and be willing to figure out solutions. There will be many new challenges, and if you aren’t comfortable in a dynamic environment, this isn’t the right place for you. You must be self motivated and have the ability to ask questions and to be proactive when you don’t have the information you need to complete your project. Specific requirements

1. Computer Skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* MS Publisher, MS Project and MS Access are a plus
2. Have own computer and have the ability to work from home
3. Have your own transportation available during work times
4. Have internet access and telephone/cell phone

* Compensation: This position will start at $10 per hour, with an increase to $11.50 after successful completion of 90 days. The position offers opportunities for bonuses based on individual and company performance.
