We're looking for an individual with strong technical writing experience to join our team in a telecommuting role. As the Content Analyst, you would analyze and configure new and existing documents, processes and procedures that would help Customer Service Representatives resolve member and provider issues. Key responsibilities of the Content Analyst include:

* Analyzing existing processes and documentation for members and providers
* Dissecting information to answer any questions or concerns
* Formatting information for web-based documentation and training purposes
* Converting information into a new content management application
* Managing projects
* Tracking and reporting on documentation and task progress

Job Requirements:
Requirements include:

* Technical writing experience
* Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix environment
* Task project management experience
* A background in the healthcare industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* A Bachelor's degree

In addition, ideal assets include:

* HTML writing experience
* Experience using content or design management software and tools
* A background in business analysis
* Instructional design experience
* Experience developing documentation and using creative and technical writing to address member or provider issues
* Skills in SharePoint and MS Project
