[Company] a design firm located in Chicago, IL is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager in the SF Bay Area. The primary role of an Account Manager is to sell design, development and creative services to current and prospective clients. The Account Manager will establish a new client base from sales leads provided by Visde and the Account Manager's own prospecting efforts. The Account Manager will also work closely with the project team to ensure their clients' projects are successfully developed and implemented with the clients' business needs and goals in mind.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation and Client Sales
- New Client Prospecting
- Lead Management
- Client Needs Identification
- Sales Presentations
- Proposals and Estimates
- Statements of Work
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior sales, client management and business development experience within a creative services or consulting company
- Prior experience in manufacturing, technology or new media
- Strong knowledge of design, technologies and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong presentation, writing and grammar skills
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Knowledge and passion for design
Base salary + commission. Part-time or Full-time.
