Company is looking for a candidate that posseses computer skills, superior communication skills, someone who is organized and can work independently.
Our clientele is 80% elderly so candidate should have an understading and willingness to be patient.
Candidate must answer and screen phone calls, be willing to take information and listen and write down clients needs, they will then accurately relay this to the appropriate person.
Candidate will be interacting with employees to schedule them for cases. You will also be required to find replacements for existing cases should employees need to take time off.
Candidate will also be responsible for filing, ordering office supplies, and accepting applications as necessary.
Candidate will be secretary to the Field Supervisor and Administrative Director.
Position is flexible as far as working hours and there may be days you can work from home.
    
* Location: Hamden, CT
* Compensation: $12.00 per hour plus bonuses
