Processor can work out of house since all files are held electronically on our servers.
A working knowledge of the Encompass origination software, as well as various automated underwriting systems, is a must.
Processor must also be willing to work as an independent contractor who gets paid if and when the loan closes out of escrow proceeds. Processor can also work as a "Statuatory Employee" on a commission basis and still file a Schedule C but also get access to the company's group health coverage.
