Executive Assistant (san mateo) [CA]

Were you an Executive Assistant in the past? Are you raising children or retired? Do you have your own computer and internet capability? Do you live in or around San Mateo, CA? Would you like to work part time outside the home but have the ability to do some or most of the work from your own home on your own hours? Do you want to work part-time for a great woman executive to earn extra cash without being tied down to regular hours or shifts? If so, read on.

I travel a lot, am on 3 board of directors, work virtually with a company in San Diego doing business in China and around the world, want to start another business and have many projects going at one time. I need someone ~10 hours per week to be my personal assistant. It would be great to find someone who has worked in a fast paced environment, scheduled domestic and international travel, understand an executives needs, could schedule time at my office to outline work needs as both our schedules permit and communicate via e-mail, cell phone and Skype. Must know Word, Excel and Power Point. Pay commensurate to experience.
