Executive Assistant: ideal for college students or recent grads

The CEO of a rapidly growing real estate corporation is in need of an Executive Assistant Intern for administrative support and errands. The selected candidate will function as a personal assistant and will contribute to the start up and operation a growing enterprise.

This is a part-time (20-25 hrs per/wk; very flexible around school schedule), work-from-home position, and the right candidate must have internet access at home. This position could lead to full-time position within 2 to 3 months based on performance.


The candidate for this position must be:

1. Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
2. Excellent with communication and organization
3. Able to both research and source information
4. Prepared to do office tasks, such as filing, billing, and data entry
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Personable and charming character
7. Individuals interested in pursuing a career in real estate preferred.
