[Telework (Telecommuting) Policy, For the rest offered see URL below.]We have an exciting opportunity in our Loveland office for a part-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations, invoices, and memos, online proofing and formatting, collecting and analyzing information and data, arranging meetings, making travel arrangements and maintaining staff schedules, setting up and maintaining project binders, forms, spreadsheets and files, and coordinating production of project deliverables. Computer and software skills required include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the internet/intranet, Microsoft Project, Non-Financial Information System and scanners is desired. Monday through Friday, can work mornings or afternoons.
job Requirements
Basic Qualifications: Requires High School diploma or equivalent with 0 to 2 years administrative support experience. Must be able to work Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer 2 to 5 years of administrative experience. Must have excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and knowledge of the internet. PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Access experience is helpful. The winning candidate will have demonstrated an ability to produce high quality work, handle competing priorities, use effective organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal), and will have an eye for details. In addition, the ideal candidate will take initiative to identify work tasks that need to be completed or that would be helpful in providing support to staff. Work history with engineering or construction firms is preferred.
