The job is a full-time contract position, with potential for conversion to permanent full-time employment.
Requirements :
The applicant needs at least a few years experience in online marketing, e-commerce, online advertising, PR or in a related area.
Demonstrated ability to be creative, innovative, collaborative, independent, and to take initiative.

- Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners.
- Helps to develop marketing objectives, manages budgets and evaluates performance.
- Manages and develops marketing plans, advertising and online programs.
- Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and adjusts plans accordingly.
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential online markets.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing/advertising.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. May handle a wide variety of situations involving the clerical and administrative function of the office.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

- Ability to apply customer and sales information from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to achieve marketing goals.
- Ability to use traffic tracking applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques.
