The Project Coordinator would ensure all staff in the Enterprise Work at Home Program are seamlessly connected and functional as remote employees. Not only would you aid in ensuring a seamless process for others, but you would work by example. The Project Coordinator must have High-Speed Internet (HSI) and adequate office space.  We would pay for remote access set-up.
 
Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring set up for all remote employees (including phone lines, technical connections, etc.)
* Working with internal departments and vendors to make it happen
* Working with the Operations Manager
* Tracking the incoming requests to work at home (including follow-up)
* Reporting metrics for the program
* Entering data into the reporting system to track the progress and monitor trends
* Identifying areas for concerns
* Working on issue escalation and resolution
* Acting as the contact person for requests

Job Requirements:

The chosen candidate must possess:

* Customer service work history (any industry)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
* A solid proficiency in MS Office applications


Preferred assets include

* Project management experience
* Healthcare industry exposure
* Experience working with a SharePoint system (maintaining and managing)  
* Previous experience working from home (part-time or full-time)
