Description Fast-growing Trademark/Copyright law firm seeks highly experienced trademark paralegal to assist with mostly transactional trademark law practice.
Duties include trademark prosecution, responding to Office Actions, trademark policing, cease and desist letters, some TTAB/litigation type work, licensing, contract drafting, corresponding with clients, etc. Will also serve as office manager.
