All we need from you is the words that
go on the pages. This is a Sales Page Makeover service, which
is intended for existing websites that sell single products.
It is not intended for websites that consist of many sections,
shopping cart sites, etc. This service is specifically geared
for websites that sell one particular product. If you have
a different type of site, and would like a custom makeover,
contact
us for a custom quote.
The development of your salespage makeover
will happen in 4 stages:
Stage One: First Draft of Design
(1 - 2 weeks)
This first step is critical in developing
the site of your dreams. We will work with a top designer
to develop the first draft of the overall "look and feel"
we think you'd like the best. We will submit it to you for
review and comments.
This process will take approximately
2 weeks, as we want to have the best design possible.
This is the first stage, where most of
the work is actually completed. It's the essential design
stage which helps the designer stay on track and complete
the task with the best chance of meeting your vision.
The initial design will be sent to you
for approval and commenting. It is the most important step
for you to let us know if we are on the right track or if
we need to take a different route. If you have suggestions
or comments, this is the time to make them.
Stage Two: Template Revisions
(TBD)
You will provide us with as much information
as possible so the designer can re-develop or revise the initial
design per your specifications.
This design will be revised until all
the essential elements are in place and have been approved
by you.
This stage is the one that requires the
most "revisions" to better capture the look and
feel of what you want. We expect you to speak up and voice
your comments and suggestions at this stage, because the rest
of the stages hinge on the template design, and once the design
is finalized, there's no going back.
Note that if you fail to mention
your suggestions for changes to the design at this stage,
a 20% surcharge will be added to the final bill. This
is because we value our designers and the talent they
put into their work. All they ask is that we give them
as much information as possible at the earliest stages
so they can satisfy our customers the best way they can.
Stage Three: Site Installation
(1 - 2 weeks)
Our coders will step in to code your
design into HTML. It will be installed on one of our domains
(in a subfolder, to make sure we don't overwrite your existing
site until everything is final) and all necessary scripts,
graphics, CSS elements, and formatting will be completed on
both your sales page and your "thank you" page.
If you need more than these two pages
formatted, an additional charge of $50 per page will be billed
separately, after we are done the project and before we transfer
your new site to your domain.
Stage Four: Final Revisions (TBD)
In this stage, the programmers will revise
according to your stated suggestions and comments, and will
continue revising until the product meets your needs. Remember
our guarantee!
Frequently Asked Questions About This Service
Do I work directly with the freelancers?
No. That is one of the many benefits
of retaining our services. Your communications will be exclusively
with one of our highly trained project managers. The project
manager is responsible for ensuring that your needs are met
and that we choose the best freelancer(s) to work on your
projects. Our company takes full responsibility for the quality
of the work done for you.
Freelancers communicate directly with
the project manager. The manager performs quality assurance
checks on the work done, before the files are sent for your
approval. If you need changes, you tell the project manager
and it is our responsibility to make any necessary revisions,
until you are completely satisfied.
Do you have samples of sites you've done?
Our service is uniquely tailored to each
client, and we honor our client's confidentiality. This means
that the sites we've done Web 2.0 makeovers for do not belong
to us, and we cannot showcase them. Once designed and the
client has approved the work, it belongs exclusively to our
client. We respect their confidentialty, just as we will respect
yours.
The reality of web development services
is that each client wants a different "style" for
their website. It should reflect your tastes, not
ours. So, each site we craft is specifically geared towards
reflecting the unique perspective of the site owner. Like
we said, we don't get paid until you are satisfied, so there
is absolutely no risk in ordering this service. We will create
your site with your needs in mind, and we will make sure you
are completely happy with what we do, or we don't get paid.
