Your "VA on Call" is available
for anything clerical you need, but you'll only be charged
for the number of hours spent actually working on a task.
NOTE: Our VA on Call service
is not for tasks that are technical in nature. Our VAs
are not graphics designers or writers. They can do research
for you, handle spreadsheets and word documents, etc,
but please do not ask them to complete website modifications,
or handle graphics work. Think of their role as an administrative
assistant.
In actuality, you will only ever need
to speak with one person...your own project manager. This
person handles all the details for you so you only need to
make one contact to have anything done. All work is supervised
by the manager, helping you focus on your business rather
than the details.
It is our job to assign the various tasks
to the right virtual assistant for the job. You won't need
to worry about who is doing the work, or if they are doing
it right, because your project manager will handle all the
details and will always check each deliverable for accuracy
and quality.
How it works...
You deposit $1,000 on retainer to lock
in your VA On Call account. The money is held in escrow until
it is needed, and our VAs continue to complete tasks for you
(at your request) until the retainer is depleted. We'll keep
you up to date with reports that will include all account
activity, and when your retainer is depleted, you simply add
another $1,000 to your account.
We charge $15 per hour for all virtual
assistant tasks.
 We
cannot offer a "revisions included" guarantee on
this particular service, because it is not a service package
with a set amount of defined services. However, we do offer
a guarantee for all VA On Call services...
If our virtual assistant fails to live
up to your expectations in any way whatsoever on any
task you assign, simply let our project manager know and we
will review the situation carefully to find the best solution
to the problem.
We will either give the VA a chance to
fix it (at no extra charge whatsoever) or replace the VA with
a better one.

Service
Do I work directly with the freelancers?
No. That is one of the many benefits
of retaining our services. Your communications will be exclusively
with one of our highly trained project managers. The project
manager is responsible for ensuring that your needs are met
and that we choose the best freelancer(s) to work on your
projects. Our company takes full responsibility for the quality
of the work done for you.
Freelancers communicate directly with
the project manager. The manager performs quality assurance
checks on the work done, before the files are sent for your
approval. If you need changes, you tell the project manager
and it is our responsibility to make any necessary revisions,
until you are completely satisfied.
What if I don't use my full retainer?
If you have exhausted all the possible
ways you can use our VA services, and you can't think of anything
else you will ever need, just let your project manager know
and we will refund you the remaining balance. No hassle. No
problem.
Your retainer will never expire, so even
if you don't need to use it all right away, it will be held
in the escrow vault until you do need it.
