All materials are edited and spell checked for accuracy. Our transcribers cross reference names, locations and terminology to ensure they are accurately representing the materials the way they were intended to be presented.

We offer a "one-price fits all" flat rate pricing model for this service. We charge only $1.50 per recorded minute.

Beware of transcription services that charge you by the word. Even if just 1 cent per word, they are inevitably 20% - 30% more expensive than our services.

Delivery of final product takes between 1 day and a week, depending on how busy our transcription department is at the time of your order. If you have a rush job, meaning you need your transcription back within 24 hours, the rate is $2.00 per recorded minute.

All revisions are included. We revise until you're happy, period.

Option A - One Time Transcription

We require a retainer in the amount of $180 which represents 2 hours of recording. If your current project is less than this, we will refund you the difference at the end of the project. If it is greater than this, we will bill you the difference at the end of the project, before submitting the final deliverables to you.

Option B - Open a Transcription Account

If you expect you'll have lots of transcription projects within the next few months, then use a Universal Retainer instead. Place $500 on retainer, and you will receive regularly updated reports which will keep track of your retainer use.
